Why is a Remote Missouri Place Worth $2 Million? It Has a Secret
I'm no expert at real estate to say the least, but I'm not surprised that what appears to be a very small and remote Missouri place is estimated to be worth two million dollars. It's not so much about what you do see, but what you don't see that makes it special.
If you drive by 2191 SW Zack Wheat Dr near Polo, Missouri, it frankly doesn't look like much. As a matter of fact, the Google Maps car didn't even bother to drive by it. This is as close as it got where you can see a tiny building next to a tower over the hill.
The satellite view isn't much too look at either, but you can see some structures from this vantage point at least.
So why is someone asking $2 million dollars for this Missouri property on Trulia?

Now you can see that 2191 SW Zack Wheat Drive in Polo, Missouri is hiding a very big secret underground. Homes of the Rich calls it "unassuming" and I'd say that's fair. But, it's one of the few places in Missouri ready for a nuclear holocaust which seems almost necessary these days based on the recent headlines.
You never know when being in a remote part of Missouri that also happens to extend way underground might come in handy.
