What do you do if you find an affected product in Illinois?
The FDA says "consumers who have purchased the recalled products should discard them or return them to their place of purchase for a full refund."
It's important to note that no illnesses or deaths have been connected to these lettuce products at this time, but the recall is being done out of an abundance of caution.
