I will admit that I am conflicted about sharing this. On one hand, it's incredibly interesting. But, it's also incredibly dangerous. It's a video walkthrough of an abandoned Missouri mine that no one should ever enter again.

I've decided to share this with a disclaimer. No one should ever do this. To say that it was dangerous for these young guys to investigate an abandoned Missouri mine is an understatement. The explorers did not give the location of the mine, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out it's somewhere in Missouri since one of them shared it on the Missouri sub-Reddit page.

The YouTube channel Exploring the Abandoned apparently pulled off this investigation earlier this year based on the date of the video. They did find some very interesting things.

They found much of the mining equipment and infrastructure intact.

Note that there's a reason why that "high voltage" warning sign is in place. Assume the warning still applies.

Parts of the mine are now submerged in flood water making the exploration even more iffy.

They even found an old mining cart and maybe even an ambulance?

So let's share a disclaimer we always share when we show you content like this:

WARNING: Under no circumstances should you enter this property. By doing so you risk bodily harm and/or prosecution for trespassing on private property.

Mines like the Missouri one that these guys explored can have gases present that will quite literally kill you on the spot or at least make you very ill. Plus, some of those stairs are likely not in great shape after all these years. If you happen to injure yourself seriously in a place like this, you're not likely to get help in a timely manner if at all.

I will commend these guys on an interesting find. Now, please don't ever do this again.
