With Spring finally here, summer can't be too far behind and that means more time in the sun. Unfortunately, UV rays are a major risk factor for the deadliest form of skin cancer known as Melanoma.

Melanoma is one of the fastest growing cancers in the United States. One American dies every hour in this country from Melanoma. That's why Aim at Melanoma is hosting its 5th Annual Aim for the Cure Melanoma Walk to support Melanoma research.

The walk will be held on Saturday, April 5 at South Park in Quincy with registration beginning at 8 a.m. You are invited to join Melanoma survivors, caregivers, friends and families to walk for the cure. For more information go to www.aimatmelanoma.org or call 224-4821.
