You never know what you might find when you hang around on the Missouri sub-Reddit page. In this case, it was the awe-inspiring sight of not one, but two B-2 stealth bombers.

As Wikipedia documents, Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri is the well-known home of the B-2 stealth bomber. The official Whiteman Air Force Base website mentions the history of the B-2's there which included the first combat for these craft which was in 1999 in Serbia and Kosovo.

What kind of firepower do these bad boys pack? Answer: LETHAL. According to Wikipedia, the B-2's that fly out of Whiteman Air Force base were meant for deep-strike nuclear missions and yes, these flying nightmares can delivery nukes. The shape and anti-reflective paint mean an enemy would probably never see them coming. So much incredible technology that makes them almost impossible to see on radar. By the time you see them, it's too late.

Quite a moment for someone to capture these amazing aircraft just leisurely flying over their home in Missouri. Silent power above.
