As you've probably heard by now, the United States military along with Israel have hit Iran with massive attacks over the past few hours. We now have confirmation that stealth bombers from Missouri were a part of the strikes that killed many Iranian leaders.

The B-2 stealth bombers were a key part of the United States surgical strike mission on Iran in June of 2025

Reports early Saturday morning confirmed there were explosions in many locations of the Middle East including the Iran supreme leader's compound in Iran. According to WION, there have been many US Air Force fighters that were spotted relocating to the Middle East region, but they said there was no confirmation of any unusual movement of the B-2 stealth bomber fleet from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. Since that original report, we now know from a report from KMBC 9 in Kansas City that B-2 stealth bombers from Whiteman Air Force Base were involved in those initial American attacks on Iran.

How can stealth bombers still in Missouri participate in ongoing attacks in Iran?

The US Air Force B-2 stealth bombers are capable of flying directly from Missouri to nearly any target in the world without deploying somewhere else first due to in-flight refueling and also pilots who sometimes rotate their flight duty to allow for sleep just like several did during the Iran strikes of 2025.
