The New Food Truck in Quincy Reveals their Incredible Menu
Not only have the released their exciting new menu, BUT they have also announced their first schedule of stops to check them out!
The food truck scene in Quincy, Illinois just keeps growing and growing, and we have known now for a couple weeks that the great Quincy restaurant called The Red Light Bar and Grill, which was forced to close their doors due to their building being sold, has become Quincy's newest food truck. Well now we know exactly what they will be serving and when and where they will be!
The Red Light Mobile Grill posted on their Facebook page today that they have a new menu and it looks delicious, according to their Facebook post the menu consists of classic Red Light favorites like their Cheeseburger and Chicken sandwich, but also includes a selection of wraps like their Southwest wrap, Chicken Bacon wrap, and Chicken Caesar wrap. They also have a salad option and have side options like their Wedges or Chips, and the Cup of Spicy Cheese curds, along with the famous Tater Kegs and Pepsi products.
