I grew up with Pizza Hut. It was a part of my childhood and teen years and my family still partakes there occasionally today. That's why I was a bit concerned when I came across a theory that millennials are killing Missouri Pizza Hut locations. Say it ain't so.
I love it when the internet makes food declarations as if they're scientific fact even though there are few things in life that are more subjective than food preferences. That being said, it's hard to argue with the "science" that has just named Illinois as having among the top 5 absolute best food items in America.
I can attest to the fact that the awards that mean the most come from everyday people and not big organizations. That's true for pizza, too. A St. Louis pizza joint just had this happen as they were recently ranked among the top 40 places in America and it's because of the people.
My first concert ever was Cheap Trick at what was then Quincy College. Little did I know I would see not just Cheap Trick, but the guitarist who just might be responsible for the best pizza in Illinois. I'll try to prove it with science and a few opinions, too.
I consider myself a pizza expert of sorts, but I'm not sure how this would work. There's a report that Columbia, Missouri will soon have pizza vending machines. Good idea or no?
Do you like a challenge? Do you consider yourself a pizza person? One of the largest delivery pizzas in the world happens to be in St. Louis and it also comes with a challenge that could pay you big time.
Pizza is one of the most subjective topics in the world. One person's pizza trash is another one's treasure. There's a new study that claims the 3rd best pizza city in the United States is in Illinois and it's the least surprising thing ever. But, it also says that 2 of the worst are in Missouri and that is unexpected.
Squirrels will eat everything and anything they can get their hand/paws on. Don't believe me? A driver just dropped video of one of these critters completely scarfing a whole slice of pizza by himself on a nearby roof.
