Townsquare Media: Quincy/Hannibal is volunteering to help at Flinn Stadium for the Special Olympics Spring Games on May 3.

All of the Quincy/Hannibal Townsquare radio stations will be represented. It will be a fun day where volunteers will get to interact with athletes as they compete in track and field events.

Special Olympics was founded in 1968, and strives to create a better world by fostering the acceptance and inclusion of all people. With the power of sports, people with disabilities can discover new strengths and abilities.

It will be great to see the inspiration and human talents these young men and women have during the Spring Games. We are honored to be there.

Opening ceremonies will be at 10:30AM on Sunday, May 3. We encourage the public to attend.
