This brand new video share comes from the YouTube channel Amy's Crypt which described their investigation like this:

The Missouri State Penitentiary is an extremely haunted prison, dubbed the bloodiest 47 acres in America by Time Magazine. It's brutal, violent past lead to many deaths within the facility and as a result, many ghosts. In this episode of Amy's Crypt, we explore the haunted prison, it's ghost stories and true history to uncover real paranormal evidence during our overnight investigation. We even capture a possible shadow figure on camera.

Around the 37 minute mark, one of their cameras picks up strange movement of a 'figure' inside one of the cells.

Strange phenomena like what was captured during this recent investigation is why the Missouri State Penitentiary has an entire page on their site dedicated to ghost hunts they offer including 2 and 3-hour adventures. It's even possible to investigate all night and have the assistance of official Missouri State Penitentiary staff. As you might imagine, reservations seem to fill up fast for those with an interest in the paranormal.

Atlas Obscura documents the "bloody and haunted history" of the Missouri State Penitentiary from the time it opened in 1836 until it ceased being a real prison in 2004.

Amy's Crypt is one of the more prominent channels to investigate the Missouri State Penitentiary as they have almost a quarter million subscribers.
