Hidden Bunker Under Chicago’s O’Hare Airport? Some Claim There Is

I have heard it said that where there's smoke there has to be at least a little fire. The same can be said of some conspiracy theories. Where there are theories, there possibly may be some facts there, too. That's how I feel about a new theory I've just come across involving a hidden bunker under Chicago's O'Hare Airport. Something strange seems to be going on there.

This is the first article I've ever written that's primarily based on a podcast. The reason I normally stay away from podcast topics is anyone can say anything and there's no way to verify because links to proof are rarely provided. But, I did some of my own research and found some weird stuff.

Before I share what I found, the podcast I just came across explains a theory that there seems to be a large unexplained area under Chicago's O'Hare Airport. The short version is one of the guests on the podcast has a friend who is a surveyor who worked there and was not given information he needed. The O'Hare Airport theory begins at around the 18 minute mark.

I decided to do some sky investigations with Google Earth. Here's the airport from above. Nothing unusual here.

It's when you go to street view that it gets interesting and a little weird. In the podcast, they refer to lots of construction that's almost constantly happening at the airport. I found machinery at almost every part of the airport.

Construction at an airport is not unusual obviously. But, I found many parts around O'Hare that have purposely been blurred out.

If you take the time to listen to the entire segment about O'Hare Airport in Chicago on the podcast, you'll hear them theorize about the possibility that there is an underground bunker under O'Hare for the rich and famous in the event of a global crisis or catastrophe. The amount of fresh water that is available from rivers surrounding the airport would be vital for something like that.

I realize that this conspiracy theory requires a lot of leaps of faith and guesswork. But, when you consider all the UFO activity around O'Hare, there seems to be a lot of smoke here. I have to wonder how much fire is there also.
