FBI in Illinois Arrest 8 Who Allegedly Did Bad Things with Kids
Do bad things and bad things will happen to you eventually. That's a lesson learned by 8 individuals in Illinois who were just taken down by the FBI after they allegedly were involved in terrible activities with children.
The FBI out of their Chicago, Illinois office announced on their Facebook page that they had just completed an operation that targeted child sex offenders. It was a nationwide effort that resulted in 8 suspects in Illinois being arrested. Operation Restore Justice included special ops teams like the FBI Chicago’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.
The press release by the FBI indicates that 7 suspects they arrested were based in the Chicago, Illinois area. One person arrested during their Illinois raids was Florida-based.
“Every child deserves to grow up free from fear and exploitation, and the FBI will continue to be relentless in our pursuit of those who exploit the most vulnerable among us,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Operation Restore Justice proves that no predator is out of reach and no child will be forgotten. By leveraging the strength of all our field offices and our federal, state and local partners, we’re sending a clear message: there is no place to hide for those who prey on children.”
This is part of an ongoing effort by the FBI in Illinois to target those who target children as their victims. If you have information that can help them, you can submit a tip to the FBI in Chicago anonymously.
