Best Place to Climb in Missouri Will Make You Afraid of Heights?

I am a big fan of having my feet firmly planted on Earth. That's just me. I've never been a fan of heights and I don't plan to start now which is why I'll likely never go to the best place to climb in Missouri that's allegedly near Columbia.

I am not going to debate Only In Your State about their claim that they found the best place to climb in Missouri. I think they said "most unique", but to me that's best. I am surprised that this place is so near Columbia though as I think of concrete and not cliffs and trees there.

What is the best place to climb in Missouri?

Capen Park in Columbia where at least there's plenty of places to grab ahold of in the rock if you're a pro that really is a trained climber.

The view there really is spectacular from the top, but you'll never see me dangling my legs over the edge like this family. Nope. Not gonna happen.

I'm a big fan of Alex Honnold who starred in Free Solo.  But, that's on my TV and not my feet elevated way above the Earth in places like Capen Park. It is one of the more picturesque parts of Missouri near Columbia though. No doubt about that.
