Teachers in the Quincy Public School System are threatening a strike if no agreement is reached with the School District. So who do you support in this argument?

There will be another meeting Tuesday to avert that potential teacher strike in the Quincy Public School System. The Teachers Union wants a 1.45 percent salary increase for teachers, faculty and staff.  The School District is offering a 1.3 percent salary increase for all union employees.

The teachers are currently working without a contract and have been for months and have already voted and agreed to strike if no agreement is reached. Over 6,400 students would be affected by a potential walkout. So which side do you support in this disagreement?
