The only bad thing about greasy fries ,funnel cakes and shaved ice is you have to wait for the county fairs before you can have them. But, wait. That's not the case for a food truck in Illinois that offers these county fair delicacies year-round.

Have you ever partaken of the Tornado Truck in Decatur? It's situated in the Colonial Mall parking lot sometimes and specializes in food that would normally be restricted to the land of Ferris wheels and roller coasters along the county fairgrounds. It was recently featured by Only In Your State for its uniqueness and they're not wrong.

You haven't truly lived unless you've had their tornado potatoes.

Since the Tornado Truck is a food truck, I wonder if their wheels might allow them to visit Adams County sometime? Their last post of 2022 on Facebook announced that they were sold out for last fall, but would return Spring of 2023. Guess what? That's NOW. Hint, hint.
