School Speed Zones are Still in Effect in Some Areas

How many times have you driven through a school zone and realized that you were driving above the school zone speed limit. You are not alone. Now comes the summer months and you don't have to worry about it, right? WRONG!!!. School speed zones will remain in effect at Quincy Junior High and around Quincy Senior High and Baldwin Schools during summer classes.  Those classes will be held from today through July 2nd.

The city is planning on adding additional signage to make motorists aware of the summer school time period.
