And now for something completely different. A new video share shows what happened when a lady took her horse for a deep water trail ride in the Missouri Ozarks. The animal would not stop moaning.

From what I've learned, this ride happened in the King's River. If you've never been to this part of southwestern Missouri, it's gorgeous. The river also extends down into Arkansas, too, which is where I believe this ride was headed.

The lady's name is Ashli Williams and the horse is named Goose. Goose is a 7-year-old who had never been in water before this trip based on what Ashli shared. She said that Goose immediately loved the water and started making unique sounds. She says this is his happy sound. (*ahem*)

The question of horses loving water became a fun Quora conversation a few years ago. Generally speaking, you're supposed to introduce them to water gradually so they get used to it instead of jumping directly into the deep end of the pool. Goose didn't seem to mind.

What we don't learn is how Ashli convinced Goose to leave the water. It's the old adage of "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink". In this case, it's convincing the horse he needs to return to the stable.
