Missouri Traffic Jam? Driver Encounters Wild Horse Herd on Bridge
Traffic jams are slightly different when you're in the rural parts of Missouri. This is a perfect example. A driver shared video as he was stuck behind a herd of wild horses on a bridge crossing the Current River in the Show Me State.
There's no context shared on this YouTube short. It simply says "Missouri Wild Horses" and the rest of the video is more or less self-explanatory.
Doing some detective work, I could see a "Current River" sign near the beginning of the video. I also know that wild horses are commonly found in the Eminence, Missouri area which means it's likely this "Missouri traffic jam" likely happened within this circle.
There is nothing more Missouri than having your travel delayed either by cows or horses. Most trips should be planned allowing for the possibility that will happen and we wouldn't want it any other way. It's a horse's world. The rest of us are just visitors in it.
