If you happened to be looking up at the sky at the right time over the past couple of days, you were treated to quite a sight. A backyard camera captured video of the moment when several meteors exploded in the skies over Missouri.

If you don't already follow Dan Bush of Missouri Skies on YouTube, you should do it now if you enjoy great sky events. He frequently shares videos like this one that captured several meteors that disintegrated in the skies above his location in Albany, Missouri.

I counted 4 meteors over two nights that Dan captured from March 17 and March 18. Here's meteor number one.

Last, but not least, this was the 4th meteor captured over Albany, Missouri. Also a very brilliant streak in the sky above.

Dan called his share Night of the Meteors X 2 and you can understand why. I wasn't aware that we were in the middle of an intense meteor shower. Good thing he has his backyard camera keeping watch to capture epic Missouri sky events like these.
