If you are a Blues music fan, Keokuk is the place to be on August 17 and 18 as the "Rollin' On The River Blues Festival" will be held at Victory Park on the Keokuk riverfront.  The event, which always brings some of the best Blues musicians to southeast Iowa, will not disappoint blues fans this year! 

The opening night on Friday, August 17 will feature the Pena Brothers starting off with Nick Schnebelen following. Headlining Friday is the multi piece band of John Nemeth and the Lovelight Orchestra.

Saturday’s lineup on August 18 will begin with the local group Honey Stash, free in the tent beginning at 5 pm. The stage acts will begin with long time Quad Cities group, Bob Door’s Limestoners. Second up is the national favorite Albert Castiglia, and headlining is Iconic Blues Musician Otis Taylor.

The stage acts begin both nights at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 per night or $25 for the weekend at the gate. Advance weekend tickets are $22 and are available in Keokuk at HyVee Foods, 3111 Main, Rascals Pub & Grub, 820 Main and Conn Communications, 1300 Main in Keokuk.
