The Rollin' on The River Blues Festival committee met for the first time this year to continue plans to hold the 33rd annual.  The event will be held in Keokuk at Victory Park on August 20 & 21.

Tommy Russell, the R.O.R. Chairman stated in a news release "We've been monitoring the progress with regard to the Virus and vaccination rates and feel pretty confident the Festival can go on this year. We don't want to spike the ball on the 10 yard line, but given the projections and the fact we are an outdoor event we are looking forward to planning for the 33rd Annual Rollin' on the River".

The Festival will host three acts both nights and will include Saturday afternoon workshops for younger music fans as  they have in the past. The festival always included great food and beverages for sale as well.
