Is This a Missouri Dollhouse Overlooking the Mighty Mississippi?
I've never slept in a dollhouse. Let's get that out of the way from the get-go. However, I have found a place in Clarksville, Missouri you can stay at that looks like a dollhouse overlooking the mighty Mississippi River.
Disclaimer: this is very much NOT a dollhouse. It's what's called "Port Restoration" in Clarksville, Missouri on Airbnb and it is fancy. It sure does remind me of an adult version of what I saw cousins playing with when I was a kid.

Pamela is the host of this fine Clarksville, Missouri home and describes her place like this on Airbnb:
Stay along the mighty Mississippi River amid the bluffs of Clarksville. Take in the beauty of the scenic river and follow barge traffic at Lock & Dam #24. The abundance of windows in the house boasts magnificent views of wintering eagles, migrating pelicans, glorious sunrises and enchanting moonrises. Rail enthusiasts will love the trains that run through town daily.
My guess is this Missouri place is very much in demand. Cost to stay there as of this writing is $145 per night. You can see more pics, details and check on availability on the Airbnb listing.
