Friday Night Family Fun Nights Begin January 15

The Adams County Health Department working in collaboration with the United Way of Adams County and the 5-2-1-0 Get Up and Move initiative will be holding Friday Night Family Play Nights to challenge Adams County children and their families to be active and promote healthy eating habits. These Play Nights will be held the third Friday of each month at various locations throughout the community. These free events will feature fun activities to encourage families to be active together.

The next Friday Night Play Night will be held on January 15 at 5:30 p.m. at Yoga Seven (731 Hampshire in Quincy). This is a free event and is open to children of all ages and their families.
