Comedy on the River Coming to Hannibal

Hannibal will be the home of a whole lot of laughs this spring with the start of a new event, Comedy on the River.  This four-day festival of fun makes its debut on April 16 and spans four days until April 19.

Comedy on the River features eight nationally-acclaimed comedians who have appeared on HBO, Comedy Central, the late night talk show circuit and other venues.

Comedy on the River is the brainchild of Bluff City Theater Board Member Ethan Dinauer.  He wanted to bring in comics who only present clean shows.  One night will even feature a Christian Comedy show.

The main performances will be held at 7 p.m. at the Star Theater on South Main Street in Hannibal.  Late-night shows start at 10 p.m. at either the Mark Twain Brewing Company or Finn's Food and Spirits.  Tickets run anywhere from $15 for a late-night show up to a $120 VIP all-access pass.
