I came across this neat flyby and fly-thru just shared to YouTube by Warson Media.

The listing on Realtor says the address is 368 Tuscany Drive in Camdenton, Missouri. The description shows that it's a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with 2,930 square feet. It also says this home is part of a "golf cart-friendly neighborhood with resort-style amenities including a pool, pickleball court, firepit, and cart paths to nearby community docks". Sign me up. The current asking price as of the date of this writing is a cool $600,000. If they'd accept a briefcase full of IOU's, I'd be first in line. Since that's not likely an acceptable plan, you have your shot.
