If you'd like to add another rock show to your summer concert calendar, better reserve a night in August as Bret Michaels, Dee Snider and Dokken have just been announced as performers at the Illinois State Fair.

The Illinois State Fair just made this announcement on their official Facebook page.

Bret Michaels, the front man for Poison, has played Quincy many times over the years. Dee Snider of Twisted Sister fame can be heard every weekend on this radio station on his show House of Hair.

Dokken was one of the many bands who enjoyed success in the 1980's with hits like "In My Dreams" and "It's Not Love". The Illinois State Fair Facebook share mentioned that George Lynch, the original lead guitarist for Dokken, will be making a rare special appearance at this show.

Bret Michaels, Dee Snider and Dokken will be at the Illinois State Fair on Saturday, August 21. Make sure to follow the official Illinois State Fair Facebook page for more details and updates.
