Def Leppard is Coming to the Illinois State Fair Summer of 2025

If you like to plan ahead and I do mean way ahead, know that the Illinois State Fair has already chosen a major performer for next summer's celebration. It's Def Leppard and it's official that they're bringing one of the biggest bands of the 80's to Illinois.

One of my colleagues grabbed me by the arm today and said that he had seen the Illinois State Fair announce that Def Leppard was set to perform at the fair on August 16, 2025 which is confirmed on their official Facebook page.

As the status update mentions, the tickets go on sale on Saturday, November 16 through the Illinois State Fair website. I found the Ticketmaster page for Def Leppard at the Illinois State Fair and there are no prices as of the date of this writing, but the countdown shows more info should be released on Wednesday, November 13.

Def Leppard has remained one of the biggest concert draws in America so securing them for the grandstand is a big win for the Illinois State Fair.
