Oktoberfest is happening this September,24th in Quincy at 9th and York Street in front of the historic Dick Brothers Brewery. Oktoberfest is an all-day affair starting at Noon and going until 10 pm, and on the Facebook event page for the Rotary Oktoberfest 2022, they say...

"A fun, family tradition continues as Rotary’s Oktoberfest returns to The Dick Brothers Brewery District in Quincy, Illinois, with more to do, more to see, and high-energy polka and rock bands that’ll keep your toes tapping!... Party on York Street between 9th and 10th Streets! There will be beer trucks from the major local distributors offering dozens of domestic and German beers. Bratwursts and hot dogs will be served by Rotary along with several other food trucks offering a wide range of tasty selections..."

There is so much going on at Oktoberfest besides the music, beer, and food, there are tours of the Dick Brothers Brewery. You can help celebrate the 1 year anniversary of The Ratskeller bar, which is the German-style bar in the basement of the brewery, and there is the legendary .2K Beer & Brat Dash!
