It's the holidays, and as we all get ready to go shopping to buy gifts for our friends and loved ones, it is also an important time to stop and remember the ones who aren't with us. Especially the ones who served this country so that we have the freedom to celebrate the holidays with those closest to us.

National Wreaths Across America does just that, they give us all the opportunity to remember the veterans during the holidays, and you can sponsor a wreath as a way of giving back and saying thank you. This is all happening on December 19th, 2020 and on the Facebook page National Wreaths Across America Day 2020 they say...

"Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad...Join us by sponsoring a veterans’ wreath at the Quincy National Cemetery by contacting Andrea Schaffnit at schaffni@adams.net or message us through Facebook!"

For more information check out the Facebook page National Wreaths Across America Day 2020 by clicking here!

There are so many great causes to donate to during the holiday season, but if you have the extra money to give during consider making a donation to sponsor a wreath to honor a veteran this holiday.
