Having spent much of 2023 on a low-carb diet, you'd think I would know a thing or two about steak, but you'd be wrong. My life isn't that fancy. I was interested in what the current best steakhouse in Missouri is and the newest list I found came from Insider.

Insider says it's Hamilton's Urban Steakhouse & Bourbon Bar in St. Louis.

If you drive by this place, it looks like many buildings in that part of St. Louis. There's nothing that just screams "incredible food served here", but apparently that is the case.

I checked out their menu and it looks like KC Strip is a specialty there. The price is a bit above my ability to find change in my couch cushions, but I'll believe the experts that it's likely worth every steak sauce-flavored penny.

The Yelp reviewers seem to agree. When it comes to steakhouses in Missouri, don't discount the place because of how simple their building looks like on the outside. The steak inside is apparently so worth it.
