Just a few days ago, Stacker released their updated list of the counties in Missouri with the lowest cost of living. It appears they've used the website Niche for much of their data.

Several northeast Missouri counties make an appearance in the top 30. Pike County ranks as the 26th most affordable county in the state of Missouri. Monroe is ranked at #24 while Lewis and Clark counties came in at #9 and #8 respectively.
