There is an outbreak that is causing many hospitalizations and a dozen fatalities and Missouri has now been included in states affected by this ongoing sickness.

If you live in Missouri, you now need to know that you are potentially impacted by some contaminated shakes that were a part of an FDA recall that are believed to be responsible for the spread of listeria. According to the CDC, there are now a dozen deaths connected with this listeria contamination.

If you find you have these shakes, do not consume them. If you have experienced a sickness connected to them, you need to contact the FDA and/or CDC. These affected shakes are bad news and this outbreak does not appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
