When I was a kid, I thought The Jungle Book was real. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. Now, later in life I may have to rethink that as a new video share shows a Missouri deer who has a best friend who's a cat.

This deer/cat relationship is real. It's not just a one-off funny viral thing either. Here's the long-term friendship as shared by the person who shared the video:

Buttons the deer giving RabbitCat a bath, they have been best friends for 11 years.

As you might imagine when a video is shared of a deer licking a cat, the YouTube comments are...entertaining:
Only the Truth - Nothing like a deer bath, so refreshing

i_DuB - there are baby ducks in the basket also... is this a Disney movie?

Jeff Coley - I want to pet the deer.😍😍

You can always count on the comedians to step forward. Glad to see that I'm not the only person who thought this was a real-life reenactment from a Disney movie.

It's also worth mentioning that this happened in Branson where things are done a little differently and I do mean that as a compliment.
