Woman Claims 7-Foot Creature Encounter at Missouri Ozarks Lake

If you've lived and adventured in Missouri long enough, you likely have stories of strange encounters you can't explain. That's what happened to one woman in Missouri who says she encountered what she described as a 7-foot dog-like creature near Lake of the Ozarks.

This chilling new story was just shared by Kailyn on the Sasquatch Theory YouTube channel. She mentioned several encounters with strange creatures including 3 canine-like creatures that some have called the "Dogman". Her first experience was when she was camping as a young girl. All of a sudden the dog with them started growling. Her aunt that was with her grabbed a weapon and then she could hear why the dog was upset. She heard growling in the woods. They eventually fled in their car, but she could see something chasing them.

Later in her life, she had yet another bizarre encounter with...something. She said "we were walking down our road and it was pitch black...there was supposed to be a light there, but it was dark...and we were getting ready to go down this hill...we looked down the hill and...there was something that looked very cryptic...It wasn't anything normal you would see...it had red glowing eyes".

Her cousin turned around, but she kept facing what was at the bottom of the hill. She has seen all types of wildlife including coyotes, deer and hogs and the creature she was looking at didn't look anything like what she had ever seen. She said it had both dog and even cat-like features. It was a creature that she could not identify then and still cannot. All she knows is that it was menacing and has been one of the reasons why she feared going outside at night.

What did Kailyn and her cousin witness at the campsite and on that dark road? They are not the only ones that claim weird creatures call the Missouri woods home. The truth of what it is remains a mystery.
