How to Foil Potential Missouri Porch Pirates Once and For All
I don't understand the mentality of thieves. Their existence makes me wish I was Batman so I could deliver swift justice to these evil doers. Sadly, I am not, but I have found several ways to foil potential Missouri porch pirates including one that would teach them a sweet lesson.
Security.org says that Missouri is one of the worst states for porch package thefts and I think it's high time we all do something about it. That led me on a search where I found a site called Prevent Package Theft that had several products that can be used to secure deliveries.
The first one is called DropSak and it's a company that provides many different types and sizes of front door package catchers. They even have cooler bags if you have food that is to be delivered.
The second is called Package Panther and it's a stainless steel mesh bag that includes a locked combination that can be engaged by the delivery person after the delivery is complete.
Now, for my own personal little gift that I will do occasionally. I'm not saying do this because it's fairly sinister, but I feel that if someone decides to steal from me, they deserve to be taught a lesson. During the holiday weeks, I toss any pet poop that I find and toss it in an Amazon box in my garage. Once full, I grab some handy packing tape and put it on my porch. Hopefully no one tries to grab it, but if they do, they're in for a special surprise once they pull that tape off. Congrats, you now own 3 months of pet poopy.
Don't be like me and get one of the proven porch pirate prevention boxes/bags above, but I'm not gonna lie and say I don't get immense pleasure knowing some evil doer has a vehicle with a smell that will not leave them anytime soon.
