If you’ve ever wanted to take to the skies to see Quincy from above (and on the cheap), now’s your chance!

The Quincy University Aviation Club is hosting their annual Fly-In/Drive-In Breakfast on Saturday, May 13 from 7:30 to 1:00 at the Great River Aviation Hanger at Quincy Regional Airport.

In addition to an all-you-can-eat breakfast of pancakes and sausage ($6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under), students and staff are offering airplane rides for only $30 per person.

Plane rides last approximately 30 minutes each and children must be accompanied by an adult. Rides will be given on a first come first serve basis from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. A variety of aircraft will also be on display throughout the hangar to view up close. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 am until noon.

For questions, contact Andy Dow, Chief Flight Instructor, at 515-297-0924.
