Get Ready, Quincy, The Great Outdoors Show is Coming!

This is gonna be a ton of fun for everybody in the area. The first-ever Great Outdoors Show will take place on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 at the Oakley Lindsay Center.

This two-day event will focus on everything outdoors: fishing, hunting and outdoor adventures for the whole family. In addition, the nationally-known DockDogs canine aquatics competition will be performing throughout the weekend.

“We know how much the local community enjoys the great outdoors, and we are excited to bring a show like this back to the area,” said Townsquare Media Quincy/Hannibal General Manager, Dave Greene. “The Oakley Lindsay Center is the perfect location to host such an event.”

Rob Ebbing, Executive Director of the Oakley Lindsay Center, said that the venue is looking forward to hosting the show. “The Great Outdoors Show, coupled with the national DockDogs competition and free Mt. Dew product, is better than the big city shows you would expect to find in St. Louis or Chicago, and it’s all coming to the Oakley Lindsay Center right here in our tri-state area!”

Tickets to the Great Outdoors Show will be $6 for adults (which includes a 20-pack of Mt. Dew from Refreshment Services Pepsi), $2 for kids 15 and under, and kids 3 and under will be admitted free. All tickets will be sold at the door.
