Favorite Valentine’s Day Candy for Illinois, Missouri, & Iowa
I'm not a fan of Valentine's Day, we all know this, but I am a fan of all the candy that is associated with the holiday. So, what's Illinois, Missouri , and Iowa's favorite Valentine's Day Candy?
According to zippia.com, Illinois' favorite candy is Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and I tend to agree. You can make them easily, or purchase them. If you do make them you can decorate them with Oreo crumbs, nerd candy, really anything that you think will taste good with chocolate and strawberries. Add a glass of wine or champagne and your set.
M&M's are the favorite for Missouri. Again, you can get these personalized with sayings. I've used personalized M&M's for baby showers, and birthday parties. Simple, but yet plenty of different varieties of M&M's to choose from. Smart choice Missouri!
And finally, Iowa's go to candy is conversation hearts, which I have to say it my least favorite candy for Valentine's Day. I mean, it taste like chalk. Tell me I'm not the only one out there that thinks that. It's the classic V-Day candy, but the worse to eat.
Some interesting favorites include Oregon who favors chocolate roses, Utah 's favorite is Dove Chocolate, and Kansas loves a box of chocolates. Basically, you can't go wrong with any of these. I am surprise that there is no love for Reese's!
