67 Wisconsin Places Have Schools with a Very Poor 1-Star Rating

I've never been accused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer, but even I have managed to escape being given a 1-star review (so far). The same can't be said for 67 Wisconsin places who's schools were just flunked by reviewers who were not fans.

Instead of searching for another blogger's opinion, I went to the raw numbers by querying the database of USA.com. All I wanted to see were the Wisconsin towns and cities who's school systems have singular 1-star ratings. There were way more than I expected. 67 in total and here they are:
