Will Quincy’s Steak ‘n Shake Close?

Early this year, Steak 'n Shake closed 57 stores permanently, and due to COVID-19 it looks like more will be closing by the end of 2020.

There is no word on which restaurants will be closing, but in a press release sent out today, 51 more locations will close this year.

"The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected our operations and financial results," the report said. "The COVID-19 pandemic could cause disruptions to our supply chain. Moreover, we cannot predict how the outbreak of COVID-19 will alter the future demand of our products."

Currently, the Steak 'n Shake in Quincy is open with drive-thru as an option. I am really hoping that the restaurant stays open, I need my milk shakes, and I don't think Quincy can handle another restaurant/business closing. So, fingers-crossed the Quincy location is safe. When a list of closings is announced we will let you know.
