WHO HAS THE BEST ICE CREAM IN THE TRI-STATES? [POLL]

Nothing helps me better then a cool treat to get me through these hot summer days. I have my favorite places I go to get ice cream, but I don't know all of them.

Whether you like chocolate, vanilla, or (my personal favorite) strawberry, everyone loves a tasty treat to cool down in the summer. It chould even be a shaved ice or just a plan ol' milkshake. Let's find out where the best place to go in the Tri-States to keep you cool during hot summer days.
