Which Area Businesses or Local Characters Should Have Their Own Reality TV Show?

It seems like there are reality shows based on every single type of business imaginable. There are shows about truckers, shows about fashion, shows about pet grooming, and for some reason, lots and lots of shows about pawn shops. A truck stop in Columbia even had its own show for a time. If a reality TV producer decided to make a show based on a business or individual in the Quincy/Hannibal area, what would the show be and who would it be about?

I can imagine there might be a few hair salons, restaurants, auto repair shops, etc. (radio station?) that are full of local characters who are just as entertaining as the people currently on TV. In some cases, probably a lot more entertaining than the people currently on TV.
