9 Missouri Walmart Stores About to Get a Big Upgrade & Remodel
Like the average American, I probably spend too much time in Walmart stores. So much so that I have nearly all of the store layouts memorized. Looks like I'm going to have to relearn some things soon as 9 Missouri Walmart stores are about to get a big upgrade and remodel into something totally different.
I believe it was KSDK in St. Louis that I first saw mention of this big master plan by Walmart. They have chosen a grand total of 650 stores that will get bigger and bolder signage and will be rebuilt with more energy-efficient equipment and that includes their freezer areas that will use more efficient coolant. Some of these store remodels will even include charging stations for electric vehicles. 9 store locations in Missouri have been announced to be a part of this new upgrade plan. Here they are.

2000 N Walnut St – Cameron, Missouri
400 S Fran – Butler, Missouri
11900 St Charles Rock Rd – Bridgeton, Missouri
201 SE Salem St – Oak Grove, Missouri
11601 E US Highway 40 – Kansas City, Missouri
908 Walton Way – Richmond, Missouri
There's no word on the exact date that these Missouri Walmart stores will get their upgrade except that it would happen this year. There should be more remodel locations announced soon which means more Missouri stores will also likely get this new upgrade.
