It's true that a home purchase is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your lifetime. But, one Hannibal home that was built in 1920 costs less than most new vehicles you'll see.

This is 415 Sunshine Terrace in Hannibal. It's a 1-bed, 1-bath home according to Realtor.com and the asking price is only $22,000 as of this writing. If you take the time to browse a few pics, you'll see this home isn't bad at all.

The listing says the home has 2 covered porches and the upstairs area currently used as a large bedroom area could be used as an office. The dining room is currently being used as a living room according to Realtor.com.

When I saw this home is less than most new cars, I'm not joking. A new article by Yahoo a few days ago said that the average price of a new car in 2021 is a whopping $41,000.

It's another one of those Hannibal homes built in the 1920's that still has it's original look with some modern touches. Guessing the monthly cost on a mortgage for this one would be crazy low. Check out the Realtor listing for more pictures and information.
