This concert is a fundraiser for Six String Heroes.

Six String Heroes is a program that started in the St. Louis area...what it does is provide free guitar lessons for our veterans who are coming back from serving...in Quincy we've actually had some guys that have served in the military, have been in combat, have been through the ringer and have come back and really found a lot of benefit through the healing power of music...These guys get six free guitar lessons and the guitar. No charge to the veteran.

The Six String Heroes concert is open to all ages. To get tickets visit Second String Music, Vancil Performing Arts, or purchase them at the door the night of the show. Tickets are only $5.
