Donkeys

Sometimes it pays to get picked on. That's exactly what happened to a mini-donkey in Camp Point, Illinois who got VIP treatment after the other animals wouldn't cut him some slack.

While I think the concern isn't really relevant, I understand that there are some Missouri ranchers who are increasingly becoming concerned about wolves returning to Missouri. If that is even a fleeting thought in your head, you really should consider getting attack donkeys and I'm being serious.

Knock, knock. Who's there? It's Leo a Midwestern donkey who keeps knocking on his owner's door when he feels that he's not getting enough attention.

If you haven't heard, donkeys make excellent guards. Don't believe me? One Midwest woman can prove it when her donkey named "Waffles" ended up being hailed as a hero.

I knew there were donkeys and there were zebras. However, I was not aware that a mix of animal parents can create a "zonkey", but that's exactly what was just born in Missouri.

I have now officially seen it all. A farmer has captured the imagination of the internet by cradling a donkey while singing "Over the Rainbow" and it is wonderful. Really.

If you're a parent, you realize it's hard to get alone time. It's kind of the same when you're a farmer trying to fish as a new video share proves.
