A Missouri university is preparing to close its doors forever which will mean 80 faculty members will be let go.

I have driven to and through this St. Louis suburb so many times in my lifetime, I've lost track. There's a reason I haven't lived there though. It's just been named the new 'best suburb' in St. Louis, Missouri and it's full of money and geniuses which I am neither.

Blue collar Missourians need not apply. If you want to live in one of the 10 most expensive places in Missouri, you better be a millionaire and sometimes even that isn't good enough.

I want to be clear that I am a welcoming person. The more the merrier I say. However, not everyone feels that way. If you're of the disposition that we have enough outsiders that have moved to Missouri, I have some truly amazing news to share with you that is practically guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

There are some very nice Missouri homes and then there are some that are truly "fancy". This is one of those as this Missouri place has its own elevator.
