Do you ever wish you could hop in a time machine and go back to the time when the St. Louis Cardinals were full of legends? Consider this your opportunity as I found a tour that of the Cardinals clubhouse and locker room given by legendary manager Tony LaRussa.

Let's get something out of the way from the beginning. Yes, I know this is not recent and there's a reason for that. As a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan, I now daydream about the era when the team was a perennial World Series contender. That's why I jumped at the chance to share a retro video that was captured in 2012 right after Tony LaRussa had retired. He was promoting a new book and his publisher was given a video tour of the St. Louis Cardinals clubhouse. This was when legends were still on the team.

I thought that this tour of the St. Louis Cardinals clubhouse might be just the medicine we fans need after what has felt like a lost season. I was aware that those seasons in the early 2000's through 2011 were special when they were happening. I appreciate that even more now that they're way far back in the rear view mirror of time.
