The Samantha Otte Youth Opportunity Fund awarded $18,000 in grants to fourteen not-for profits. They were awarded on January 6, focusing on local youths' artistic, leadership and humanitarian efforts.

The awards were presented alongside Samantha's loved ones at Transitions School. The grants will provide a wide range of opportunities to hundreds of children in the region, including sending two Adams County children living with muscle diseases to the Muscular Dystrophy Association's week-long summer camp and purchasing multicultural music and instruments for children at Cheerful Home.
