Quincy Police in Standoff with Suspect at 25th and Broadway

Quincy Police are in a standoff at 25th and Broadway with a suspect that reports say is armed and dangerous.

UPDATE: KHQA reporting that the standoff has ended with the suspect arrested.

ORIGINAL STORY: If you've driven by 25th and Broadway in the past half hour, you've no doubt seen this.

WGEM and KHQA are both reporting that police were attempting to serve a warrant in the 500 block of North 25th Street when the suspect entered a minivan and threatened to fire upon police.

WGEM reports are the suspects name is Jason McAtee who was being served a felony warrant out of Missouri. KHQA reporting that US Federal Marshalls are also involved with local police.
